They do have some stylish pieces, and I wanted to like it more, but in person a lot of the designs felt a little too busy for me. Some of the colors and layouts kind of clash, which feels avoidable. It’s not awful or anything, just not really my style.

I ordered from statementhome.com and at first I was excited, but that faded fast because the shipping took way longer than I expected. I kept checking for updates, hoping for something useful, and then just got more annoyed because the tracking wasn’t very helpful. When it finally arrived, I was relieved, but also still irritated because by then the whole experience had kind of worn me out. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something in a hurry

The table looked really nice online, and I was excited to get it, but in person it just feels a lot cheaper than I expected. The material is thinner than it looked in the photos, a few of the edges are rough, and one of the joints doesn’t line up quite right. It’s still usable, but for the price I was expecting better craftsmanship. Delivery went fine, but when I tried to bring up my concerns, I felt a bit ignored. Overall, it looks decent from a distance, but I’m not very happy with the build quality.

"Just not worth the money for me"
I just don’t feel like this was worth what I paid for it. It looked really nice online, really nice, but once I had it in person, the quality and finish didn’t match the price at all.
It kind of feels like you’re paying more for the way it looks in pictures than for what you actually get. Maybe I’d feel differently if I grabbed it on sale, but at full price, no, I wouldn’t buy it again.

I don’t know why the delivery was all over the place, but the dates kept changing and then it still showed up late. I had to keep chasing it myself to figure out what was going on, which was annoying.

"Nice stuff, but honestly not worth the hassle"
I’ll admit, I did like some of the stuff on statementhome.com. The style looked nice, and at first the prices seemed reasonable, so I thought it was worth trying. I really did want to like it, and the items looked good online, but the whole experience just started feeling like more trouble than it should’ve been.
Delivery was slow, and then the updates were confusing, and then I was checking again because the updates still didn’t really make sense. When the item finally arrived, it just didn’t feel as nice as I expected, which was disappointing after waiting and waiting. It wasn’t awful, but between the slow delivery, the confusing tracking, and the item feeling a bit underwhelming, I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to order again.

"Not sure it was worth it"
It looked really nice at first, so I thought it was going to be a good buy, but I’m not so sure now. After about two weeks, it basically started falling apart. Maybe I just got a bad one, but it definitely didn’t last like I expected.

I mean, it wasn’t the worst shopping experience, but the return process was frustrating. I had to follow up a few times, and the refund took longer than I thought it would. Their replies were a bit slow too, which didn’t help. I did get my money back in the end, so that’s good, but yeah… I’m not sure I’d order from them again

I had to wait a while for customer service to respond, and I ended up chasing them a couple of times. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, actually, but it was still frustrating overall

"Using the site got frustrating fast"
I got annoyed trying to use this site. Pages took forever to load, and I had to waste time digging around just to find basic things. Checkout on my phone was clunky too, which made the whole process feel way more frustrating than it needed to be.

My order from Statement Home arrived in a beat-up box, and I was confused when I saw it. The corners were crushed, the tape looked like it was barely hanging on, and there was almost no padding inside, so everything was just shifting around.
For what I paid, I kind of assumed the packaging would at least be secure. I don’t really get why it was sent out like that, because it made the whole order feel careless. I probably won’t order again unless they figure out the packaging...

The item wasn’t quite as described, so that was a bit disappointing. To be fair, it wasn’t completely different or unusable, but I do think the description could have been more accurate so buyers know exactly what to expect.

I ordered from statementhome.com and what showed up wasn’t the item I actually bought. I double-checked my receipt and the confirmation email, and they clearly showed the right thing, so it was frustrating having to sort it out myself. Annoying experience and definitely not what I paid for.
